Education is a key cornerstone in project work for Little Stars. In our school projects we attach great importance to giving all children the chance for regular school attendance.
We support schools, we pay part of the teachers’ salaries and we make sure schools get the right equipment with a library and up to date media equipment. The pupils receive school uniforms, books and notebooks and a hot meal every day.
We pay special attention to the professional training of the teachers. We finance courses for them at regular intervals at an internationally renowned institution in Kathmandu.
